|
Matthew R. Young, DDS
Matthew R. Young earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the State University
of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, graduating with honors. He completed
a General Practice Residency Program at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia,
PA where he received the honor of Outstanding Resident of the Year. He currently
serves there as an attending. Dr. Young is a credentialed member of the American
Academy of Implant Dentistry and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
For the American Academy of Implant Dentistry he serves on the Western District
Board of Directors and on its National Education Committee.
Dr. Young maintains a successful private practice in Downtown San Francisco. Locally
Dr. Young Serves on the Board of Directors for the San Francisco Dental Society.
Dr. Young lectures Nationally and Internationally on Implant Dentistry.

David Ehsan, MD, DDS
Dr. David Ehsan is a graduate of University of the Pacific and University of Nebraska
School of Medicine. He is an oral/maxillofacial and implant surgeon in private practice,
in San Francisco, CA. He is the surgical director of San Francisco Implant Institute.
Dr. Ehsan is dual board certified in oral & maxillofacial surgeon and dental anesthesiology.
He is member of numerous dental and medical organizations. Dr. Ehsan is currently
the president of San Francisco Dental Society. He has lectured and published on
implants, advanced bone and soft tissue reconstruction, lasers, and CT based implant
placement.

Jaime Lozada, DDS
Jaime Lozada, DDS is the Director of the Graduate Programs: Restorative and Implant
Dentistry at the Loma Linda University School of Dental Medicine. He is a Past President
of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and the Director of the Loma Linda
Maxicourse. Dr. Lozada is a leader in the surgical and restorative phases of Implant
Dentistry. He publishes numerous papers annually on Implant Dentistry. Dr. Lozada
lectures nationally and Internationally on Implant Dentistry.

John C. Minichetti, DMD

John C. Minichetti is a Diplomat of the American Board of Oral Implantology and
the Chairman for the American Academy of Implant Dentistry Study Group Program and
Research Foundation. He places and restores over 500 implants annually, has numerous
publications and lectures nationally and internationally. Dr. Minichetti runs a
training center in New Jersey and is the Director of the Las Vegas Maxicourse.

Nicholas Caplanis DMD, MS
Dr. Caplanis is an Assistant Professor and part-time faculty within the Graduate
Program in Implant Dentistry, at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. He completed
a three year Residency in Implant Dentistry in 1995, received his Masters of Science
Degree in Oral Implantology in 1996 and earned a specialty Certificate in Periodontics
in 1997. Dr. Caplanis has an extremely unique background with formal residency training
in the inter-related fields of Implant surgery, Prosthodontics and Periodontics.
Dr. Caplanis is Board Certified and a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology
and American Board of Oral Implantology. He is an honored Fellow of the American
Academy of Implant Dentistry and a Fellow of the American College of Dentists. He
is well published and has lectured nationally as well as internationally, while
maintaining a full-time private practice limited to periodontics and dental implant
surgery, in Mission Viejo, California.
Dr. Caplanis is Board Certified and a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology
and American Board of Oral Implantology.. He is an Assistant Professor at Loma Linda
University School of Dentistry. He has completed formal residency training in Implant
Dentistry, a Masters of Science in Oral Implantology and earned a specialty certificate
in Periodontics. Dr. Caplanis is well published and has lectured nationally and
internationally, while maintaining a full-time private practice in Mission Viejo,
California.

William Liang, DDS

Dr. Liang attended the University of British Columbia and received his Bachelors
degree in Microbiology in 1981 and his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 1983.
At graduation, he was awarded the Canadian Oral and Maxillo-Facial Prize for highest
standing in the area of Oral Surgery.
Dr. Liang is a Diplomat of the American Board of Oral Implantology, a Fellow of
the Academy of General Dentistry, Fellow and Diplomat of the International Congress
of Oral Implantology, Fellow of the Misch Implant Institute and Fellow of the American
Academy of Implant Dentistry.

Jerry Peck, DLXT

Jerry Peck, DLXT has been providing diagnostic images to the dental and medical
communities of the San Francisco Bay Area for over 30 years. Mr. Peck received radiographic
training the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. Nearly 30 years ago,
he became the owner-operator of C-Dental X-Ray, Inc, which now consists of twelve
labs in both Northern and Southern California. He is also founder and CEO or RapiDent
Surgical Guides, Inc., U.S. distributor of the iDent 3-D implant planning system.
Throughout the years, he has remained at the forefront of dental and maxillofacial
radiographic technologies. He has lectured to the dental communities of universities
including, UCSF, UOP, UCSD and USC. His commitment to dental imaging has driven
its advancement, particularly with CBCT technology.

Darwin Bagley, CDT, AS

Darwin Bagley, C.D.T., A.S., is director of education at Attachments International
and has over 25 years of experience in the dental technology field. He has lectured
and conducted practical training seminars on attachments and implant reconstruction
for Universities, dentists, implant study groups and technicians throughout the
U.S., Australia, Canada, Europe and most recently at the Congress of Osseointegration
in Brazil.

Jerome H. Stroumza, DDS, MS

Jerome H. Stroumza, DDS, MS received his DDS in Paris, France with emphases in endodontics,
periodontics, oral surgery and radiology. After practicing and teaching in Paris,
he decided to pursue further training at UCLA for a Masters of Science in Oral Biology.
He then trained at Boston University with Professor Schilder where he received his
endodontic specialty. Since teaching at UCSF, he maintains a full time practice
in San Francisco continuing to teach in his Institute as well as nationally and
internationally on Implant Dentistry and Endodontics.

Dr. Peter Hunt
Dr. Peter Hunt combines innovative technology with sound scientific principles pushing
implant dentistry to the next generation. He is a 4th generation dentist that originally
trained in Great Britain Guy’s Hospital. He came to the United States in 1973 and
attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine where he obtained
specialties in both periodontics and Periodontal Prosthesis. Dr. Hunt practices
in Center City Philadelphia and lectures Nationally and internationally on implant
dentistry and occlusion.

Robert Quinn, DMD, MSD

Robert Quinn is a graduate of Tufts University School of Dentistry and earned his
Orthodontics degree at the University of Connecticut. He is a Board Certified member
of the American Association of Orthodontics (AAO). He practices in San Francisco
and Fairfield and has over 25 years of experience. He has served on the faculty
at UCSF where the students honored him twice with “Most Valuable Professor” awards.

Perry H. Fraiman, DDS

Dr. Fraiman is a prosthodontist who practices in Surprise, Arizona. After completely
dental school at State University of New York at Buffalo, Dr. Fraiman completed
a two year general practice residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center, Philadelphia,
PA where he also served as chief resident. Dr. Fraiman completed a post-graduate
residency in prosthodontics at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.

Joseph Fields, DDS
Dr. Joseph Field graduated from the USC School of Dentistry with honors. He currently
holds a faculty appointment at USC where he teaches courses on implant reconstruction
and IV sedation. Dr. Field maintains a private practice in Los Altos, California.
